All products are made on Thistledown Farm in the Catskills of New York, using animals raised on our own pasture and finished with a whole-animal approach.

Sourcing & Production

All Fire & Thistle products are made from animals raised on our own farm using pasture-based, regenerative grazing practices.

Production is handled in small batches, with careful attention to sourcing, food safety, and consistency. We do not source animals or fats from outside farms.
